SURGERY RECOVERY CARE
In order to meet with the patients need, a team of experts and nurses certified for the subject matter and specialized on the wound care are sent to the clients’ home for further action. Wound care nurses will a visit to the patients’ homes to monitor wounds closely and to ensure that they are improving in term of recovery. With us, wound cares at home are done by specialized nurses. Our nurses are trained to handle even the most complex wounds which require long term care and provide on spot wound assessment.
Through in house wound care service you will be given the facility such as assessment, evaluation and identification of patients who are currently at risk or need immediate treatment for:- pressure ulcers, surgical wounds lower legs, burns and trauma. Other than that, there are also specialized treatment plan which will be offered to the patients along with the wound management who need to be done the right and proper way.
Especially to patients who have immobility in their body function or restriction to move to the wound or injury from accident and so on, the service might help them to get around while getting their wound to recover quickly as time goes by. This is important to separate the patients with injury for more detailed care on their wound that might need more attention by the professional.
Patients with chronic wound such as diabetic, pressure and ulcer, those that are related to venous status and also for those wo experience non-healing surgical wound which they will often receive wound treatment with basic wound training.
